Sister Sonic ist ein nicht veröffentlichtes RPG aus dem Hause Sega und eines der vielen Sonic-Games. Es ist ein sogenanntes Spinn-off-Game und wäre für den Sega CD erschienen.
In dem Spiel sollte ein neuer Charakter vorgestellt werden, nämlich Sonics lange verschollene Schwester Sister Sonic. Durch eine Kampagne wurde die Herstellung und Veröffentlichung dieses Titels verhindert.
